Our house was completely renovated to be energy efficient in 2014. For this purpose, we have placed great emphasis on ecological building materials - especially wood.

Harmoniously embedded in the surrounding nature, it reflects the modern Vorarlberg architecture.

A separate entrance leads you into the apartmenton the 1st floor. Wood is our favorite material, which is why we have used it often and yet unobtrusively. Generous, mostly all-round glazing with a spacious terrace offers a breathtaking view of Lake Constance. The constant view of the surrounding nature with forest and mountain meadows ensures a wonderful atmosphere and deep relaxation.

You live in a self-catering holiday apartment at 1,000 m above sea level, approx. 6 km from the center of Lochau and Lake Constance. The advantages include a spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen-living room with dishwasher, induction and gas hob with oven, free WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer and a furnished, 46m² terrace with a charcoal grill and raised bed with fresh herbs.

The fully furnished apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and a sunbathing area with four beds, a closet, a living room with a sofa and chairs, a large dining table for eight people, a large bathroom. You will find an additional toilet in the spacious apartment entrance area on the ground floor. Sufficient parking spaces are reserved for you directly in front of the apartment. If necessary, a high-voltage socket is available to charge your electric car. There are also corresponding parking spaces for bicycles.

Hiking and cycling trails start right in front of the house. In about 10 minutes, you can walk to the small ski area on the Pfänder, with two lifts and a high-cable suspension railway. If the snow conditions are good, there are perfectly groomed slopes that can lead you down to Bregenz. There is also a well-groomed toboggan run to Bregenz. The Ski Zug, which takes you to the world-famous "St. Anton / Arlberg" ski area or the Montafon ski area, can be reached by car in around 15 minutes. Most ski areas in Vorarlberg can be reached within 30 to 60 minutes by car.

A bus stop with connections to Bregenz and Lindau is just a 2-minute walk away. The Pfänderbahn, with a direct connection to Bregenz city center, is only about 5 minutes' walk away.

Two golf courses, the Lindau-Bad Schachen Golf Club and the Bodensee Weißensberg Golf Club are approx. 20 minutes by car from the property.

There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. From the snack station to the fine cuisine, everything is included.

In a short distance from the property, a pony and a Haflinger graze, which can be ridden with a guide in consultation. They are also welcomed by a trusting dog and a cuddly cat.

Just relax. You're on vacation.
